Give us mental rest that transcends our understanding. Let it soothe our weary hearts and minds. Instead of worrying about our nation’s unrest, I will be thankful that you have everything under control. Instead of being anxious about a virus, I will ask for your protection and the wisdom to stay safe and healthy, knowing that nothing can happen to me that didn’t come through you first. You hold my future in your hands, and you are good.
